Refund & Replacement Policy
Because all our products (including Custom DTF and UV DTF Gang Sheets) are custom-printed specifically for your designs, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or issue refunds once the printing process has started.
Please ensure your artwork size, background transparency, and resolution are exactly as you want them before finalizing your order.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Our Guarantee)
We pride ourselves on premium quality, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your transfers. If there is an issue caused by our production or printing process, we will gladly make it right.
Replacements: If your transfers arrive damaged, defective, or if we printed the incorrect file, we will reprint and ship your replacement order with top priority, or arrange an immediate Local Pickup if you are in Jacksonville, FL.
Refunds: In cases where a replacement is not possible or cannot meet your deadline due to an error on our part, a full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method.
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
To report an issue with your order, please follow these steps within 3 days of receiving your items:

Provide clear photos or a short video showing the printing issue or damage.
Our team will review your request within 24 business hours and initiate your replacement or refund immediately if approved.
Shipping & Local Delivery Issues
Wrong Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
Damaged in Transit: If the shipping carrier damages the package, please take photos of the unopened, damaged packaging before opening it so we can file a claim and help you get a replacement faster.
